Honey Baked Cod
A simple and quick recipe to bake cod fish marinated with honey, light soy sauce, cooking wine and dash of pepper.
Ingredients:
- 1 darn of Cod
- 2 Tbsp Clear Runny Honey
- 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Cooking Sherry Wine
- Dash of Pepper
Method:
- Marinade with seasoning ingredients for 30-60 minutes.
- Heat oven to 180°C or grill to Medium heat.
- Lay your baking tray with foil.
- Grill the cod for 20 minutes then turn over to grill for another 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve.
