Honey Roast Chicken Steak

A roast chicken steak recipe flavored with honey, oyster sauce and sherry wine that is quick and easy to prepare even if you're in a hurry.

Honey Roast ChickenIngredients:

  • 3 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Cooking Sherry Wine
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1 tsp Clear Runny Honey


  1. Remove skin & visible fat from the chicken thighs. Debone.
  2. Marinade with seasoning ingredients for 30-60 minutes
  3. Heat oven to 180°C or grill to Medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken steaks for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
  5. Once cooked, drizzle honey over the top surface of the chicken and heat for a further 2 minutes.
  6. Cut into slices and serve.
